DreamForge Technologies ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our apps.

2. Data We Collect

• Contacts & Phone Numbers: When you pick or import a contact to send a message.

• Groups: Names and member lists of groups you create, stored locally via UserDefaults.

• Usage Data: Analytics events (e.g. button taps, errors) to improve the App.

• Device Data: OS version, device model for diagnostics.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To send SMS messages via the standard composer UI.

• To display your contacts and group lists.

• To fetch and preview GIFs from the Giphy API.

• To diagnose and fix bugs, and measure engagement.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

• Third‑Party APIs: We send GIF search terms to Giphy; we do not log your contact data to Giphy.

• SMS Composer: We pass only phone numbers to Apple’s MFMessageComposeViewController.

• Service Providers: We may use analytics services (e.g. Firebase) under strict confidentiality.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Local Storage: Groups and limited settings stored on your device.

• No Server Storage: We do not upload your contacts or groups to our servers.

• Encryption: All network connections use HTTPS/TLS.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

• Access & Correction: You can edit or delete your groups at any time within the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use indicates acceptance.
